Meeting reflection

Doing meetings to the company is very useful for the employee it helps them improve the performance for the company and it discuss a lot of problems and try to solve it. The advantage and disadvantage in the meeting. The first advantage is the it solve problem with dissections between employees, second advantage is that it helps the company to discuss a lot of things that need to take care of, the disadvantage about the meeting is that some employee take when one employee talk and they don’t listen to him, second disadvantage is that it take a lot of time from the employee that the hole day goes in meeting only.

In the meeting that we did I have disuse about the student if there is a research in college and if the student will know how to deal with it and if they know how to do research or no, I have discuss in the problem that student can’t do research by themself and they must have a teacher to teach them, the solutions about the problem is that the library in web search is good start for the student to begin.

In future I am planning to make the meeting take less time and have a good topic before making a meeting and make everyone take a time to talk.
