Reflection

 

My name is Mohammed Sultan, 23 years old, and I am currently enrolled in ADMC doing my HD-Bachelors majoring in IT Security. This course was interesting because I have learned how to create a professional CV, arrange meetings, introduce presentations and cite internet resources. In addition, the course enhanced my ability to work with a group in a very cooperative way while performing tasks and projects. The projects that my colleagues and I have done were mostly about Information Security and their relationship to the Internet. Specifically, my topic that I have presented was about Internet and how it has a huge effect on security systems and its threats such as hacking and spreading viruses, and the solutions that were found for each problem in the internet securities were cited by many famous authors and IT technicians on internet.

 

Overall, in my opinion the course was very useful and interesting it will definitely benefit me in my future job because I am planning to work in the IT Security field to protect my society from cyber invaders. I would like to thank our teacher for all his work and what he did to us in this subject and his feedback in the real word and how did he got the best jobs in his career also he told us how to get the top ten best jobs through cv was the best part and I learned a lot on this course that I didn’t know before wish him all the best.

·       Mohammed A l Nuaimi mentioned that many students can’t do research by themselves

·       Mohammed Al Mansoori identified that there is no professional training

·       Nasser Al Zaabi discussed that most students don’t know how to use the web to do a research in the right way

 

3               Student research solutions

·       Nasser Al Zaabi suggested making survey on how to do researches

·       Mohammed Al Mansoori proposed additional courses and training on how to do a reasearch

·       Mohammed Al Nuaimi recommended using librarians help in using the web to do a research

 

·       Action item: Nasser Al Zaabi to do a survey on how to do researches

·       Action item: Mohammed Al Mansoori to discuss research training with the management

Meeting reflection

Doing meetings to the company is very useful for the employee it helps them improve the performance for the company and it discuss a lot of problems and try to solve it. The advantage and disadvantage in the meeting. The first advantage is the it solve problem with dissections between employees, second advantage is that it helps the company to discuss a lot of things that need to take care of, the disadvantage about the meeting is that some employee take when one employee talk and they don’t listen to him, second disadvantage is that it take a lot of time from the employee that the hole day goes in meeting only.

In the meeting that we did I have disuse about the student if there is a research in college and if the student will know how to deal with it and if they know how to do research or no, I have discuss in the problem that student can’t do research by themself and they must have a teacher to teach them, the solutions about the problem is that the library in web search is good start for the student to begin.

In future I am planning to make the meeting take less time and have a good topic before making a meeting and make everyone take a time to talk.
